In general, you can expect your patterns to arrive in 5 – 7 business days, sometimes sooner! Packages ship within two days of your completed order.

Shipping Options:
Items shipped by Economy Mail* can be expected within 5 – 7 business days* after your order is processed.

Pdf patterns: No shipping charge. Pdfs always download immediately after your payment is processed.
Paper patterns: 1 – 5 paper patterns ship for $2.50
6 – 10 paper patterns ship for $3.50
11+ paper patterns ship for $4.50
Books: $3.99 per order + $0.99 per item

Items shipped by Next Day Air** can expected the day after your order is processed.

Pdf patterns: No shipping charge. Pdfs always download immediately after your payment is processed.
Paper patterns: 1 – 5 paper patterns ship for $8.00
6 – 10 paper patterns ship for $9.00
11+ paper patterns ship for $10.00
Books: $17.99 per order + $4.99 per item

* Please note that while the overwhelming majority of packages shipped via Economy Mail arrive within the time specified above, in rare cases shipments can take 3 to 5 weeks to arrive. Economy Mail shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses can take 3 to 8 weeks to arrive.

** Next Day Air: Shipping time is calculated in business days (weekdays, not including holidays) after your order is processed.
• Add $15 for Next Day Air service to Alaska and Hawaii
• Next Day shipments cannot be sent to Puerto Rico
• Next Day Air shipments cannot be sent to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
• Next 2nd Day Air shipments cannot be sent "general delivery.”

Products
You are purchasing a pattern, not the finished product. If you are ordering a pdf pattern, it will download automatically after your payment has been approved; nothing will be shipped to you. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to read the patterns you purchase, which can be found for free here. If you have any difficulty downloading a pattern, please contact us at magpie (at) magpiepatterns.com. If you are purchasing published patterns or books, they will be shipped to you according to the shipping method of your choice.
 
Returns and Exchanges
Please choose carefully as there are no returns or exchanges.
 
Payment

Payments are processed at the time of ordering. Shipping charges, if applicable, are added to the order total before check out.

Credit and debit card users are subject to validation checks and authorization by the issuing bank. If the card issuer does not authorize payment we will not process the order.
